Detailed Job Description: Management

- Able to work in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant environment
- Able to perform with well-paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift
- Complies with all company policies, procedures, equipment usage, and service standards
- Be prepared to exhibit/communicate complete knowledge regarding all products/services
- Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of products/supplies to assure efficient service
- Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation including dining room and guest areas
- Complies with all company guidelines regarding food safety and personal safety
- Completes required tasks within assigned time frames
- Assists in maintenance, cleanliness, and/or other duties as assigned
- Follow procedures for opening, closing, and on-going cleanliness
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently
- Capable of working in a standing position for long periods of time
- Obtain local permits/licenses required for alcohol service management
- Ability to handle money responsibly, accurately, and efficiently
