What You'll Do

1. Visit patients in their homesnot in exam rooms
2. Complete Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and Well-Child Visits
3. Focus on prevention, not reaction
4. Build real patient relationshipsno rushing
5. Support seniors and families where they live
6. Use your clinical skills where they matter most

Must-Haves

• 1+ year as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
• 6+ months in primary care or internal medicine
• Comfortable traveling to patient homes
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
