Enterprise Transformation Architect

This role is a key driver of TAIT’s core technology eco-system designing and enabling a unified, intelligent, adaptive & sustainable platform, driven by data, that empowers global operations & decision making, enables more seamless Mergers & Acquisitions, accelerates innovation and delivers exceptional value to investors, customers, employees and partners at scale.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Define and evolve the enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business strategy and digital transformation goals.
• Establish architectural standards, governance models, and reference architectures.
• Ensure alignment across business domains, data, applications, and infrastructure.
• Design end to end solutions across core platforms including Human Capital Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management, Professional Services, Estimation, Design and Build, Data and AI / Agentic AI.
• Lead integration strategies using APIs, event-driven architectures, and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, and vendors to ensure cohesive system design and delivery.
• Architect intelligent workflows
• Design data flows into AWS / Azure Data Warehouse(s) and associated tools for analytics, ML, and reporting.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across global operations.
• Working with our head of Enterprise Applications / Business Solutions, be a key part of the bridge between business stakeholders and the GTS team
• Drive architectural reviews, technical assessments and innovation initiatives.
