Senior OBIEE / OAS Data Engineer

Overview

Our client has an excellent opportunity for a Senior OBIEE / OAS Data Engineer to work on a 12-month+ contract position in Westlake, TX. This position is hybrid onsite for two weeks a month, and candidates must be local to the metro area.

Compensation

Base pay range : $55.00 / hr - $65.00 / hr

Rate : $55 - $65 W-2

Note : Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Applicants must be willing to work on a W-2 basis. Benefits for W2 consultants include Medical, Dental, and Vision, 401(k) with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Migrate existing OBIEE reports to the Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) platform.
• Develop and optimize PL / SQL and ETL pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform code reviews, and tune the performance of database objects.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Lead initiatives in data engineering projects and serve as a strong individual contributor on complex tasks.
