As a Regional Banker / Teller within PNC's Retail organization, you will be based in Baltimore, Maryland. The location of the branch is : 1000 N POINT BLVD BALTIMORE, MD 21224 PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

The Regional Banker / Teller will :

• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve a customer's financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process.
• Create customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures.

Pay Transparency :

Base Salary : $40,040.00 $52,250.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and / or individual performance.
