Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Real Estate Operations, the Real Estate Project Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks and providing support for different aspects of the department including facilities management, construction, development, property acquisitions, and property dispositions.
The Real Estate Project Coordinator also :
- Develops, maintains, and distributes project schedules and communicates relevant information to all stakeholders, providing updated schedules, as required.
- Assists with development and administration of maintenance and capital budgets, tracking all project expenses, and maintaining complete records associated with each project, including change order logs.
- Prepares documentation required for funding applications (, DDS, CEDAC, HUD, etc.).
- Assists with scope creation and review as well as with construction bid and award process and permitting requirements.
- Tracks all invoices and manages budgets on all jobs assigned as well as annual capital improvement budget.
- Submits, receives, and distributes change orders in accordance with department practices.
- Coordinates and facilitates construction job meetings / conference calls to include Program staff, Quality, Purchasing, Facilities, and other stakeholders and prepare meeting minutes for distribution.
- Creates and produces reports to track quarterly metrics.
- Processes APVs for Facilities Department.
- Assists with submittal of reimbursement billings to 3rd party landlords and track collection of same.
- Assists with insurance issues, , tracking certificates of insurance, submitting claims, notifying insurance company of property additions and terminations.
- Answers and responds to Facilities Help Desk calls as needed.
- Provides support to office services and VP of Real Estate as needed.
- Performs other related duties, as assigned.

Requirements
3-5 years in real estate, property management or related field.Bachelor's degree in related field requiredAll applicants must be at least 21 years of age and have a current, valid, US drivers' license for at least one year. Due to the need to travel between sites, applicants must have access to a vehicle.All candidates must be able to successfully pass a CORI, reference, multi-state background and driving record check.Driving Requirements
