Temple University's Enrollment Management is searching for a Regional Assistant Director of Admissions.
Position Summary :
The Regional Assistant Director of Admissions will serve as an ambassador for Temple University to prospective students, families, counselors, community-based organizations, and other key education stakeholders. The Assistant Director will be primarily responsible for promoting Temple and the City of Philadelphia as a college destination for students from outside Pennsylvania. This position will be based in California and recruit within specifically designated areas in Southern California, including San Francisco. The Assistant Director will travel heavily to conduct outreach and recruitment initiatives aimed at cultivating interest in Temple. Gives presentations, speaks in front of large and small audiences, meets regularly with counselors, hosts receptions, staff college fairs, and conducts workshops and programming directly related to the admission and financial aid process. Conducts extensive follow-up communication with students and families who have expressed interest in Temple. Participates fully in the evaluation and selection process of first-year candidates for admission. Reads applications and makes decisions on a large volume of admission candidates. The Assistant Director will be required to travel to Temple's main campus in Philadelphia (2-3) times a year. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Salary Range : $41,250 - $55,000
