Illinois Licensed Claims Advocate

A company is looking for a Claims Advocate - Trucking & Transportation Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the claims process, ensuring accurate filing and timely communication

Advise clients on policy provisions and assist in gathering essential claim documentation

Coordinate with carriers and adjusters to advocate for clients and ensure fair handling of claims

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance claims, preferably in trucking and transportation

Strong understanding of commercial auto liability and related coverages

Active Property & Casualty insurance license or ability to obtain within 60 days

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems

Experience with trucking fleets or logistics companies is preferred
