Job descriptionHands-on warehouse background and confidence working around racking and aisles. Material handling know-how, including staging and pallet consolidation. Experience in distribution environments; manufacturing exposure a plus. Current forklift license / certification with stand-up equipment proficiency. Imagine your shift : you power up an electric stand-up forklift, navigate clean aisles with precision, and keep the warehouse humming by moving palletized merchandise and equipment where it needs to go. When you reach partial pallets, you roll up your sleeves—carefully hand-stacking product to build full, tidy pallets ready for outbound flow.

What your day looks like
- Operate a stand-up electric lift truck to transport pallets safely and efficiently.
- Shift and stage equipment and product throughout the warehouse.
- Consolidate product by hand-stacking items from partial pallets onto full pallets.
