Quality Assurance Specialist

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to conduct detailed reviews of course content and ensure educational materials meet established standards.

Key Responsibilities

Review course components for content accuracy, alignment, formatting consistency, and regulatory compliance

Collaborate with curriculum developers and instructional designers to identify and resolve issues

Create and maintain quality assurance documentation and generate detailed reports on findings and trends

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in curriculum, education, assessment, or a related field; Ed.D. / Ph.D. preferred

3-5 years of experience in higher education quality assurance and curriculum development

Teaching experience in higher education and / or K-12

Demonstrated expertise in QA methodologies and educational technology

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS) platforms
