Requirements: Looking for someone that is energetic, outgoing, can talk to anybody. Must be self motivated, understand the current labor market.

As an employment recruiter, you may be responsible for:

• Work with hiring websites to set up interviews with prospective employees. (For both crew and managers)
• Make daily visits with various market sites for potential employees: Competitor restaurants: Casual dining restaurants; High Schools Tech Schools etc. (Set up and participate in Job Fairs as scheduled by G.M.s or local Schools/Colleges)
• Set up follow up meetings with all new hires 2 weeks, 6 weeks, and 12 weeks (Conduct a Q & A to hep with retention)
• Hiring and Retention targets set by Leadership and Bonus potential

We're looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work. You must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license to be an employment recruiter in our restaurants.
