MUST HAVE 18 months of PERM experience in ED PRIOR to travel.

MUST HAVE 18 months of recent ED experience. - travel experience will suffice for the 18 months of RECENT ED experience.

MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AT TIME OF SUBMISSION

AHA BLS, ACLS & PALS cert required and must be active and in hand at time of submission. TNCC preferred.
