Job descriptionConduct assessments, screenings, and diagnoses to help individuals on their recovery journey. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each person's unique needs. Provide individual and group counseling to support emotional well-being. Collaborate with community agencies and service providers to connect individuals with additional resources. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records. Attend trainings, clinical supervision, and team meetings to stay current on best practices. Ensure compliance with Medicaid, TANF, and private insurance guidelines. Education & Experience : Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related human services field. Licensure & Certification : Florida-licensed, license-eligible, certified mental health professional, or certified addictions professional. Screening Requirements : Must pass Level II Background, MVR, and Federal Drug-Free Workplace Screenings. Passion for Helping Others : A desire to support individuals in achieving lasting recovery and personal growth! FREE Clinical Supervision provided for master's level Registered Interns! Health / Dental / Vision Insurance - 85% company paid for employee coverage (available after 60 days). 401(k) Matching Plan - 50% match up to 6% of your annual salary. - Pay : $45,000 - $58,000 annually
