Deine Aufgaben
- Führung und Entwicklung des Vertriebs- & Proposal-Teams Österreich
- Mitwirkung an der der strategischen Unternehmensausrichtung
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung in vertriebs- und marktbezogenen Fragestellungen
- Steuerung des Vertriebsbudgets in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
- Beratungsintensiver Vertrieb von technischen Dienstleistungen und technologischen Produkten
- Definierung von Zielen hinsichtlich Auftragseingang und Umsatz, Planung entsprechender Maßnahmen und Verfolgung der Erreichung relevanter Kennzahlen
- Betreuung von Key Accounts sowie Akquisition von Neukunden
- Durchführung von Marktpotentialanalysen sowie Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Angebotserstellung und Begleitung des Angebotsprozesses einschließlich Führung der Vertragsverhandlungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit sowie Koordination einer Vielzahl von Fachbereichen als zentrale Schnittstelle zu den Kunden
- Ausarbeitung kundenzentrierter Vertriebsstrategien
- Entwicklung von Gewinnstrategien für geschäftskritische Projekte
