Supply Chain Manager
We're seeking a highly organized and analytical supply chain manager to lead procurement, logistics, inventory control, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of supply chain strategies, and experience using data and systems to drive efficiency and cost savings.
Oversee and align supply chain functions to support production and customer delivery goals.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business goals
Oversee procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure supplier compliance
Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements for cost and time efficiency
Forecast demand and plan inventory to prevent overstock and stockouts
Collaborate with internal departments including sales, production, and finance
Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards in the supply chain
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions

This position has supervisory responsibilities in a professional office setting.
Office environment includes, but not limited to, artificial lighting, computers, telephones, desks, temperature controlled.
Manufacturing environment includes, but not limited to, artificial lighting, machine / equipment noise, some welding exhaust, non-controlled temperatures, and PPE required. May be exposed to moderate heat, light dust, fumes, extreme temperatures, noise and hazards such as electrical shock or gases. Adequate hearing protection is required for 85 decibels and above.
Some travel, which could include an overnight stay, may involve exposure to adverse weather conditions.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Logistics, or related field
5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement roles
10+ years of experience Materials / Operation experience preferred
Must have strong working knowledge of (Word, Excel, etc.)
Must have experience with ERP system implementation
Certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus
Must be willing to travel both locally and out of state when required
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
Solid understanding of logistics, procurement, and inventory principles
Leadership experience with cross-functional teams
