Pediatric RN - Hollywood, FL

Provide specialized pediatric nursing care as a Registered Nurse in critical care settings, supporting patients in various intensive care units. This contract opportunity involves working in a dynamic healthcare environment with a focus on pediatric critical care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients across multiple critical care units, including Intermediate Care, Pediatric Intensive Care, Neonatal Intensive Care, and Cardiovascular Intensive Care.
• Float between critical care areas, adapting to different unit protocols and patient needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with Pediatric specialization.
• Experience in pediatric critical care settings, particularly IMCU, PICU, NICU, or CVICU.
• Ability to adapt and float across multiple critical care units.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
