You will use your clinical expertise and leadership skills to ensure positive outcomes and a high level of patient satisfaction.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n
• Provide leadership for the interdisciplinary care team and guide the achievement of individual patient goals.\n
• Complete comprehensive health histories and physical assessments upon patient admission.\n
• Develop and update care plans in coordination with patients, families, and providers.\n
• Educate patients and caregivers on managing conditions, medications, and recovery strategies.\n
• Maintain clear and consistent communication between all care team members.\n\nQualifications\n
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.\n
• Current RN license in the State of Hawaii (required).\n
• Current BLS certification.\n
• Minimum 2 years of hospital nursing experience preferred.\n
