Responsibilities :

• Support the General Manager in daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient shift.
• Supervise and motivate team members to provide excellent service in a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing team members in line with company culture and standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and assist with cost control initiatives.
• Help manage scheduling, labor costs, and employee performance.
• Address customer concerns professionally and promptly to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
