A company is looking for a Sales Systems and Process Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary business analyst for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, managing user setups, workflows, and reports
Document processes and streamline operations in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Support teams
Provide day-to-day Salesforce support and develop training materials for the Sales organization
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience administering Salesforce, with a focus on Service Cloud and Customer Community
Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Sales and Service Cloud Consultant certification preferred
Strong understanding of support processes and Agile Methodology
US Citizenship required; dual citizenship not allowed
Experience in program management and cross-functional stakeholder management preferred
