Overview

IT Security Analyst – Archbold, Ohio. 3+ years of relevant experience. You will collaborate with Systems and Network teams to assess risks, drive remediation, and strengthen the security posture of our enterprise environment.

Base pay range

$50,000.00 / yr - $64,000.00 / yr

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing system security reports regularly and addressing vulnerabilities effectively.
  • Driving cybersecurity initiatives and ensuring compliance with IT policies across Lines of Business (LOB).
  • Collaborating with technical teams to analyze security scan results, prioritize findings, and guide remediation efforts.
  • Identifying and remediating vulnerabilities in both on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Assisting Systems and Network teams with security design and implementation for applications and equipment.
  • Developing and managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) parameters and resolving triggering processes.
  • Advising on compensating controls to address security issues while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Supporting internal and external audit processes to maintain regulatory compliance.

    • What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, penetration testing, or related roles.
  • Skilled in analyzing security reports, driving remediation efforts, and collaborating across teams.
  • Detail-Oriented with the ability to provide clear guidance on resolving security issues and adhering to compliance standards.
  • Innovative and curious mindset to solve challenges in dynamic environments.
  • Collaborative and comfortable working in diverse teams that emphasize mentorship and teamwork.

    • Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or equivalent experience.
