Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated PCA / CNA to join our team. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a safe environment while adhering to all medical protocols and standards.
Duties
- Provide personal care and companionship, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, and preparing meals.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in patient conditions to nursing staff.
- Support with daily activities and encourage independence as appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness of patient areas and ensure compliance with care plan, infection control, and safety measures.
- Assist with medication reminders and light housekeeping.
- Engage with patients who have developmental disabilities or require specialized care such as dementia care.
