What is this role?

As the Ready To Drink (RTD) Production Manager at Cirkul you will be responsible for interfacing with engineering, quality assurance, and other departments to commission and qualify Cirkul's first Ready To Drink production line. After startup, you will be responsible for increasing production capacity while obtaining safety, quality, and cost KPIs for the Ready To Drink department. You will also be responsible for leading, coaching, developing, and training the members of the department to increase organizational capacity to meet Cirkul's business needs.
