Spenard Builders Supply Position

Installs products such as insulation, doors, windows, stairs, cabinets, sinks, or millwork into houses or buildings by performing the following duties :

Loads and unloads materials from truck onto work site.

Cuts product to specified size, as needed.

Installs parts in specified relationship to each other.

Verifies trueness of structure.

Applies latest building codes, industry standards and company policies in daily work.

Stays knowledgeable of OSHA regulations, and applies safety requirements in daily work.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum requirements include : less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work environment / physical activity includes : standing, using hands to finger, handle or feel, and reaching with hands and arms; climbing or balancing; stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling; lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds; close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus; exposure to outdoor weather conditions, high places, fumes or airborne particles; noise level usually moderate.
