Growth Operator
As a Growth Operator, you'll report directly to senior leadership and play a pivotal role in both closing new business and ensuring customer outcomes within healthcare. You'll work cross-functionally to turn opportunities into long-term wins, helping Fortune 500 healthcare clientsincluding major health systems, health IT vendors, payors, and pharma companiesrealize the value of AI in their most critical workflows.
This role requires intellectual agility, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to operate in uncharted territory within the complex healthcare landscape. You'll need to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, adapt quickly to regulatory and operational nuances, and maintain clarity under pressure. The right candidate thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, bringing a mix of consulting discipline, product intuition, healthcare domain knowledge, and entrepreneurial drive.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Strategic Advisors, shaping proposals, guiding contracting processes (including healthcare-specific procurement), and supporting deal closure with health systems, payors, or pharma
- Work closely with delivery teams to scope opportunities, align on success metrics, and ensure projects deliver measurable clinical and operational impact
- Navigate complex healthcare stakeholder environments including C-suite, clinical leadership, IT, compliance, and procurement
- Serve as connective tissue across Distyl teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and coordinated execution in healthcare engagements
- Manage complex workstreams with enterprise healthcare clients, balancing multiple initiatives without losing focus on outcomes
- Represent Distyl with healthcare executive stakeholders, building trusted relationships that last
- Bring curiosity and insight to AI / LLM applications in healthcare, helping translate technology into clinical and business value while respecting regulatory constraints

Who You Are
5+ years of professional experience in healthcare operations, consulting, product management, strategy, or similar fieldsDirect operational experience with major health systems, payors, health plans, or pharma companiesStrong understanding of healthcare contracting, procurement cycles, and enterprise sales processesable to navigate without being a "traditional salesperson"Familiarity with healthcare regulatory environment (HIPAA, FDA, CMS requirements) and how it impacts technology adoptionTrack record of operating in high-stakes, fast-paced environments where precision and adaptability matterExcellent interpersonal skillsyou can quickly earn trust, communicate with clarity across clinical and business stakeholders, and manage relationships at all levelsDemonstrated ability to juggle multiple complex priorities and execute with rigorPassion for technology with exposure to AI / LLMs preferred; understanding of AI applications in healthcare a plusOpen to travel as needed (healthcare clients often require on-site presence)What We Require
