Location : Dallas, TX

Hours : Mon-Thurs 6am-4 : 30pm

Pay Rate : $19-$21

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented PEM & Stud Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating PEM insertion and stud welding machines to weld studs to various types of sheet metal and install fasteners according to precise specifications. The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, experience with metal fabrication, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Job Requirements :

• Prior machining experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of thread sizes (e.g., 8-32, 10-32)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering prints
• Proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures
• Familiarity with sheet metal gauges is a plus
• Physically able to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of experience with PEMing and / or Stud welding preferred
