Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable / receivable and bookkeeping tasks
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration
- Maintain compliance with HR policies and employment regulations
- Support general office operations and leadership team
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
Proven experience in office administration with accounting and HR dutiesProficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and payroll softwareStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksHigh level of discretion and attention to detailPreferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing or construction-related industriesFamiliarity with South Dakota employment lawKnowledge of fiber optics or trailer manufacturing is a plusBenefits
