This is a full-time remote role for a Technician at The Door Guy LLC. The Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing automatic and manual door systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring systems are functioning correctly. The Technician will also manage service requests, perform regular inspections, and offer excellent customer service to clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in installation, maintenance, and repair of door systems preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, with others, and manage time effectively
• Experience with regular inspections and service requests
• Relevant certifications and training in door systems technology are a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is preferred
