Title : Associate Planner
Reports to : Director of Planning
Location : Hybrid (Mon – Thurs onsite at our NYC HQ; Friday WFH)
Job Summary : We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Associate Planner to join our amazing team! In this role, you will be responsible for inventory management across multiple business channels and locations, and providing analysis to support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills and the ability to use data insights to drive business strategies. This role is essential in ensuring that we meet customer demands while minimizing excess inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage total company inventory between DTC and Wholesale businesses and multiple warehouse locations
- Analyze by store selling and replenishment needs
- Allocate inventory to all retail locations on a weekly basis
- Work closely with Director and Planner to manage and update pre-season and in-season buys
- Provide updated selling and product information for seasonal assortment reviews
- Manage all sku creation and ongoing maintenance
- Handle ad-hoc requests for reporting and analysis to support cross-functional business meetings and initiatives
Experience and Qualifications
3-5 years' in Demand Planning and / or related financial / analytical experienceBachelor's degree or equivalentAdvanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulasStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Advanced Retail MathExcellent communication skills to effectively present insights and collaborate with cross-functional teamsStrong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving issuesAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications :
Experience in the home, retail, or consumer goods industry is highly desirable.What We Offer

Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, internal equity, and location.
