Position Overview :

As a Sales Representative at Action Roofing, you’ll be responsible for meeting with qualified, pre-set leads provided by our in-house team — no cold calling required. You’ll guide homeowners through the roofing process, perform inspections, present solutions, and help customers secure the best options for their needs.

Responsibilities :

Meet with pre-scheduled leads to conduct roofing inspections and consultations

Present repair and replacement options with professionalism and confidence

Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships

Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with clients

Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications :

Prior sales experience preferred (home improvement, roofing, or construction a plus)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation :

Commission-based with uncapped earnings potential. Top performers earn well above industry averages.
