Were looking for a motivated Account Representative to join our sales team and build lasting client relationships while driving new business growth.
Job Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new leads through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and community outreach.Manage a sales pipeline and move opportunities through the sales funnel to close business.Conduct needs-based assessments to provide solutions that fit client goals.Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.Present, promote, and sell products / services using consultative and solution-based selling techniques.Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals, KPIs, and revenue targets.Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage accounts, and report activity.Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and deliver outstanding customer service.Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferred but not required).Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to exceed performance expectations.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office is a plus.Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license.Ability to obtain Life & Health license.What We Offer
