This seasonal role allows you to combine your tax knowledge with an entrepreneurial spirit and community engagement, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes. You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate their tax needs while supporting our mission of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

Your Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise : Offer hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling a variety of tax situations. Use your knowledge to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and maximize refunds.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador : Cultivate a robust customer base by actively engaging with prospects and nurturing leads. Organize local events to create opportunities for customer engagement.
• Educate and Communicate Confidently : Represent TurboTax in your community by hosting learning events and participating in local marketing efforts, making taxes accessible and approachable.
• Build Relationships : Connect with clients, understand their financial concerns, and foster long-term trust that turns one-time transactions into loyal relationships.
• Deliver a Best-in-Class Customer Experience : Create exceptional experiences for clients, helping them achieve their financial goals while addressing their inquiries through both in-person and virtual interactions.
