Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

We’re hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who wants schedule flexibility, strong earning stability, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing Tampa Bay community.
You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on providing individual psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral interventions within a skilled nursing facility setting. This position offers strong autonomy, manageable patient volume, and structured workflows that support quality care without nights or weekends.
You’ll practice in Tampa, Florida, a vibrant coastal city known for professional sports, diverse dining, waterfront living, and access to some of the world’s best beaches while enjoying year-round sunshine and a balanced lifestyle.

• Monday to Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No nights and no weekends
• Approximately 12 patients per day

• You hold an active Licensed Mental Health Counselor license in Florida

• You are comfortable traveling between Tampa and New Port Richey
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $70,000
• Quarterly production-based bonus

• Paid time off: 80 hours year one, 120 hours year two
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.625 per mile
