Our client, a prominent leader in the financial services industry, is looking for a dedicated Credit Analyst to help support their Credit Department, focusing on Sales and Customer Accounts. Position : Credit Analyst

Location : Honolulu, HI (On-site)

Pay Rate : $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities :

Engage in collection activities for overdue accounts via phone, email, and written correspondence.

Investigate and resolve financial disputes and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism.

Work closely with Sales and internal teams to clarify discrepancies concerning volume, pricing, freight, and promotions.

Keep accurate and detailed collection notes and account status updates.

Identify and suggest improvements to enhance credit performance and decrease delinquency rates.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma is required; an Associate's degree or higher is preferred.

2-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, or Collections.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting / finance ERP systems (e.g., Workday).

Ability to effectively analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies.
