Assistant Business Office Manager
We’re seeking an experienced Assistant Business Office Manager to support our facility’s financial operations and resident services. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and knowledgeable in long-term care billing.
Key Requirement (Must Have) :
Experience with Maryland (MD) and Washington, DC long-term care Medicaid is required.
This includes processing applications, recertifications, follow-ups, and navigating both states’ complex Medicaid systems.
Responsibilities
Support billing, collections, AR, and insurance processes.
Manage RFMS resident trust funds accurately.
Ensure compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations.
Assist with admissions paperwork and financial documentation.
Provide excellent customer service to residents and families.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
Required : MD & DC long-term care Medicaid experience.
Long-term care experience preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Skilled in billing, AR, and collections processes.
