About the Position :

We are currently hiring a LPN / RN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a 2-month-old female child in the New Kensington area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive home environment with a kind and appreciative family.

Responsibilities Include :

G-tube care & feedings

Assisting with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for the child

Maintaining clear communication with the care team and family

Schedule :

Daylight : 8 hour days

Qualifications :

Current LPN or RN license in the state of Pennsylvania

Previous experience with pediatric care preferred

Experience with G-tubes

CPR certification (preferred)

Reliable, compassionate, and patient-centered

Reliable transportation
