Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee tax planning and compliance for HNW / UHNW individuals, families, trusts, and their business entities
• Develop and execute tax strategies for partnerships, S-corporations, and other pass-through entities
• Advise on wealth transfer, estate planning, and multi-generational tax efficiency
• Research complex tax issues related to private investments, real estate holdings, and family office structures
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international tax regulations, particularly for clients with multi-jurisdictional assets
• Work closely with investment advisors, estate planners, and legal counsel to provide comprehensive financial solutions
• Handle tax audits, controversy resolution, and IRS / state tax examinations
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to the firm's continued expertise in high-net-worth taxation
