Job Description

At Sia Experience, Senior Designers create bold, innovative work that drives impact for our clients — from immersive digital experiences to standout brand identities. Partnering with cross-functional teams, they translate client goals into forward-thinking creative that aligns with Sia’s commitment to innovation. Whether developing brand concepts, shaping visual identity, or producing digital campaigns and social content, our Senior Designers take a strategic, hands-on approach to delivering conceptual solutions that push creative boundaries and elevate client brands in today’s competitive landscape.

Your Impact

Creative Direction & Strategy

• Partner with Art Directors and Creative Directors to set the creative direction and visual strategy for projects, ensuring alignment with brand goals and business objectives.
• Shape culturally resonant brands through conceptual and strategic thinking across a full spectrum of deliverables, including brand systems, campaigns, social assets, video content, websites, storyboards, visual identity, emails, and 360°ree; marketing collateral.

Office Workplace Guidelines

Sia is committed to providing a flexible workplace environment that supports client, business, and market needs. Consultants located in our primary market office locations—New York City, Charlotte, Seattle, and San Francisco—are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance and attend the office at least three days per week. For Consultants outside of our primary markets, we can offer more flexible in-person requirements in accordance with your location.
