The Program Director will be responsible for strategic planning, program execution, and coordination of all project activities within SoSimple Interactive. This role requires a seasoned professional capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, aligning teams toward shared goals, and ensuring deliverables meet the companys standards of quality and innovation.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills who thrives in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple digital programs and client projects.
Lead cross-functional teams including project managers, designers, developers, and QA specialists.
Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with executive leadership to define project scopes, deliverables, and success criteria.
Manage resource allocation and ensure optimal team performance across projects.
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve project challenges.
Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
Implement best practices for project management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
Oversee program reporting, documentation, and post-launch evaluations.
Mentor and support project managers to improve efficiency and project outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must currently reside in the United States.
Valid U.S. work permit or citizenship required.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters preferred).
4+ years of experience in program or project management within digital media, software development, or technology sectors.
Proven success in managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary digital initiatives.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar).
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Demonstrated experience leading remote or hybrid teams effectively.
Preferred Skills
PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification (preferred).
Experience with SaaS, UX / UI design processes, and web development lifecycle.
Financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
Ability to foster collaboration and innovation in distributed teams.
