Job Description : Role Overview :

As an SAP QTC Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process using SAP solutions. This includes supporting system operations, implementing enhancements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of QTC modules.

Key Responsibilities :

Support & Issue Resolution

Manage and resolve support tickets related to SAP QTC.

Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to address system-related challenges.

Enhancements & Process Optimization

Implement system enhancements and process improvements.

Analyse business requirements and recommend QTC optimizations.

Support SAP upgrades and new module implementations.

Documentation & Training

Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and solutions.

Provide training and support to end-users.

Ensure procedural documentation is up-to-date and accessible.

Project Involvement

Participate in SAP QTC implementation and rollout projects.

Support testing, integration, and transition activities.

Work closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills

Proficiency in SAP QTC modules.

Strong knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP CRM.

Experience with SAP transport management and change control.

Professional Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP QTC support and enhancement roles.

Proven track record in managing QTC-related projects and system enhancements.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

High attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

Education & Certification

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Business, or related field.

SAP certification in QTC, SD, or CRM modules preferred
