As a Senior Intelligence Visualization Analyst at INflow Federal, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing national defense strategy by supporting a strategic joint force division. Your work will directly inform senior decision-makers through the production of strategic assessments and realistic threat portrayals that shape future force development and capability investments.

In this role, you will serve as a technical and analytical lead in designing, developing, and delivering intelligence data visualization tools and products for senior stakeholders. Apply multi-source analysis expertise, data governance discipline, and visualization proficiency to create actionable decision-support products.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, curated datasets, and analytic tools using Tableau, SharePoint, and other visualization platforms.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to extract, join, and aggregate data from multiple systems and authoritative sources.
• Prepare, clean, and transform raw datasets for analysis, ensuring data is structured and ready for visualization.
• Integrate data from multiple sources into cohesive, relational formats that support analysis and decision-making.
• Conduct rigorous quality control and validation of all data products, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and adherence to governance standards.
• Present data visualization products and analytical findings to senior leaders, tailoring content to varying levels of technical expertise.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for data visualization capabilities, advising leadership on opportunities to enhance analytic output.
• Advocate for data integrity and defend against premature release of incomplete or unverified information.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and emerging requirements, producing rapid-turn deliverables without compromising accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and interagency partners to enhance data sharing, maintain relationships, and integrate diverse datasets.
• Provide mentorship, training, and knowledge transfer to team members on visualization tools, SQL querying, and data integration practices.
