Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule : Day Shift Full Time

Key Responsibilities : Design and spearhead initiatives to expand pharmacy operations, aligning them with business goals to optimize efficiency, increase revenue, reduce costs, and boost overall performance. Provide comprehensive training, support, and documentation for pharmacy staff on emerging technologies, updated workflows, and best practices to maximize effectiveness. Lead the full lifecycle of technical solutionsfrom gathering requirements and designing systems to deployment, testing, and continuous improvementensuring compliance with business objectives and regulatory standards.

Qualifications : Active and clear Pharmacist license in New Jersey Minimum of 8 years pharmacy experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role Demonstrated expertise in pharmacy operations with strong knowledge of mail order, telehealth, or B2B pharmacy models
