Overview

You’ll join the team at a critical time, leveraging your expertise to help support our clients. In return you can expect the support of engaging colleagues, hourly and overtime eligible pay, and a unique opportunity to enhance or refine your skills within a high‑performing tax team.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a seasonal tax manager, your main priority will be reviewing state income tax returns and tax notices. Hours will be discussed during the interview process; you will have the availability to share and know what to expect prior to joining. The role is remote from within the United States, with no travel required.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Knowledgeable with income franchise (corporate compliance) tax, reviewing corporate extensions, and preparing and reviewing partnership K‑1 statements
• Experience in state income tax returns and tax notices
• Comfort with working remotely in a virtual team environment
• A strategic eye toward prioritizing when working on multiple complex projects
• Influencing skills, confidence, curiosity to question existing processes
• The ability to produce technical writing and research in a tax context
