Position Overview :

As a Mobile Service Technician , you'll represent Berlin City Toyota by providing convenient, high-quality automotive maintenance and light repairs at customer homes or workplaces.

You'll perform services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake work, and sensor replacements while maintaining the same standard of excellence customers expect from our dealership.

You'll also communicate findings with customers and the service team to ensure accuracy, trust, and satisfaction.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using diagnostic tools and technology
  • Eager to learn, with 1+ year of automotive experience (dealership or independent shop)
  • Able to perform in a physically active role (standing, bending, lifting 20–100 lbs, working in various weather conditions)
  • Essential Functions :

  • Document all work performed and recommendations on repair orders
  • Perform maintenance and repair work accurately and efficiently
  • Notify the Service Manager when additional work is required or timing changes
  • Conduct road tests to verify diagnostic and repair quality
  • Participate in manufacturer and dealership training to maintain current technical skills
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Berlin City's core values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors
  • Requirements

  • 1–2 years of hands-on automotive technician experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Authorized to work in the United States
