Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional To-Go experience for every Guest – from taking both phone and walk-in orders, ringing the orders in the Point of Sale system, packaging the items, cashing the guest out and ensuring all orders are on-time and accurate.
• Interacts verbally with all Guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
• Suggestively sells appetizer, entrée and dessert menu items by offering specifics and using descriptive mouthwatering adjectives when describing each item
• Understands and accurate uses the POS (point of sale) system to clock-in / out, to process / input orders and complete end of shift procedures
