Position : ICTS Computer Technician

Location : Chelmsford Public Schools

Description :

Provide technical assistance district wide.

Responsibilities :

The computer technician performs computer and peripheral diagnostics and repairs. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Computer repair, installation, configuration, imaging, assembly of computers, monitors and other peripherals.
• Pull / rewire cables as needed for new installations.
• Troubleshooting and making repairs as needed.
• Serving as a technical resource in assisting users to resolve problems with equipment.
• Providing outstanding customer service.
• Assisting all users with technology-related problems.
• Responding to user requests in a quick, friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
