Swift Transportation's Otay Mesa, CA terminal is now hiring OTR drivers out of El Cajon, California. Driving OTR can take you coast-to-coast with a wide variety of load options and high earning potential.
  • Top 25% of OTR drivers at the Otay Mesa terminal average $1800 weekly
  • Drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles that ranges from $.43 to $.58 cpm depending on route and experience
