About NewBasis, LLC : Combining over 30 years of industry experience with the most recent advances in materials, engineering, technology, manufacturing and service. We manufacture pads and below ground enclosures for telecommunications, electrical, CATV, water, traffic, lighting, and industrial applications.

Shift : Monday-Thursday, 6 : 00am - 4 : 30pm

Job Summary

Finishes fiberglass products to customer specifications.

Responsibilities :

• Timely uses hand tools to smooth fiberglass products directly before material cures.
• Trim, clean, sand, and prepare surfaces of fiberglass products to ensure a smooth finish.
• Apply release agents uniformly to product molds.
• Accurately mix resins, catalysts, and other materials according to specified ratios for Monolith products.
• Pour polymer concrete material into mold
• Inspect finished surfaces for defects and perform necessary touch-ups or repairs to ensure a high-quality finish. Assures technical specification of coating is met.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including material usage, equipment maintenance, and quality checks.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure timely completion of projects and meet production deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as respirators, gloves, and protective clothing.
