Responsibilities

• Content & Digital Support : Draft and schedule social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates
• Assist in developing flyers, posters, and print materials using templates
• Monitor website and social channels for outdated content or broken links
• Take photos or collect stories from events, patients, and staff for use in content
• Draft content for newsletters and blogs
• Internal Communications : Help maintain the staff intranet or internal newsletter
• Organize staff announcements, events, and engagement campaigns
• Assist in developing flyers, posters, and print materials for internal staff communications and events
• Donor Relations : Send acknowledgements for all gifts and donations
• Coordinate required paperwork and records for tracking all gifts and in-kind donations
• Maintain donor database
• Project Coordination : Maintain communications calendar and campaign timelines
• Track marketing material inventory and coordinate reprints
• Assist with translation coordination and approvals for outreach materials
• Data & Reporting : Compile basic performance reports (email opens, social engagement, etc.)
• Maintain distribution lists for patient and community communications
• General Support : Help coordinate outreach and community events
• Take minutes or capture highlights during team or Board Committee meetings
• Support special projects assigned by the Manager of Communications and Marketing
