Job Title : Production Mixer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Mixer who can handle essential tasks like lifting heavy materials and following specific production procedures. This role is crucial in ensuring that all products are mixed correctly and safely, avoiding any costly errors or contamination.

Responsibilities

• Lift and handle materials weighing at least 50 lbs, such as flour bags, to load into mixing vats.
• Read and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for each product produced.
• Perform basic math calculations to adjust ingredient amounts according to batch sizes.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure all mixing tools are accounted for and do not contaminate the batter.
• Climb stairs and work on a second-story platform if assigned to PG1 (cake squares), requiring a comfort with heights.
• Operate machinery to load materials and ensure smooth production processes.
• Clean and maintain the work area to uphold safety and hygiene standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Escondido, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
