A company is looking for a Performance Consultant for the Auto Good Hands Repair Network, working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Drive performance excellence and ensure repair facilities meet quality standards
Manage complex claims and provide strategic feedback to support business objectives
Mentor and coach team members to foster professional development and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
18 months or more experience writing auto collision estimates
Experience using an auto estimating program, such as CCC One
Strong background in auto damage analysis
Prior experience in an insurance preferred shop or as an auto damage adjuster is preferred
Familiarity with insurance policies
